Interesting link, a few items on there are essential, but yes it's far too many things for people to worry about.
I have the bare essentials (A Generator, Few gallons of gas always on hand, 3 humidifiers, and Fire arms with ammo).
Yes, it's good to run over this list but it feels too large. It'll be hard to properly amass and transport all the items.
As for the humidifiers, I don't know if that is the right name for the machine, but it's one of those machines that take water out of the air, like a Moisture Vaporator . The water is already drinkable, but if ever trapped in a situation such as a post Z-Day scenario, if one still feels edgy about drinking moistured water you can use coffee filters, paper, or (Ew, especially you Lykos, you dirty dirty man) clothes and cloth.

No really.. what were we talking about? I am lost again.
Edit: Oh Yeah... the list. It is super long, and I am sure all those things would be great to have... like everyone said, way too much stuff.
Me personally, I am worrying about food and water first. Everything else is a bonus.
And Yen-Yen, I think they are called DEhumidifiers. They have a place that catches water and stores it in a little tank underneath, usually. If you got the electricity to run one, that would be a great thing to have - especially if you lived in a very humid area like Florida.
Course you're up north, all covered in ice. Crazy Canadananndanadnaaianians... Can we come invade y'all yet?
On Z-Day, the first thing I am going to do is scream like a little girl. Once that's out, I will be ready to function.
That was a great link. Thank you!

Bury deep, pile on the stones
Yet I will, dig up the bones

Heheh.
My only problem with that list is that it doesn't leave anything out -- TOO MUCH STUFF!
All that needs to be said is this: FIRE = BAD
Heheh.

Good point. We should remember that those items run out but pay more attention to say the top 50 maybe a little less.
