The Camping Option
I just called a local campground up the road from my house, and it looks like it would cost $20 per night per tent to camp there. You will need to call them and make reservations at least two weeks ahead of time.

Final Head Count
I need a Final Head Count of who is all going to make it to the Gathering here in Michigan. So all that are planing on coming I need you to send me a Private Message that you are coming and if you are bringing a guest and any gear that you might be bringing with you. Also $5 per person is going to be required for food for the cook out if you plan on eating. Thank you folks, I look forward to seeing you all soon. And don't forget Swim suits.

IMPORTANT
Due to circumstances beyond my control, it is my unfortunate duty to report that "The Gathering" in Tennessee must be canceled.
This does not mean "The Gathering" will not happen. Bluewolf25 with help from SonofDestruction have volunteered to carry on the planning from this point forward.
I apologize from the bottom of my heart for any disappointment and trouble this may have caused.

Ladies and gentlemen I would like to take the time now to let you know there is a plan B. After a great deal of discussion Bluewolf25 and myself have set the the date to be the same. The Gathering will still be on July 25th, however, the location is at The State Game Land located in Michigan. While this location still may not be easy to get to for some, it is far closer for a number of you than Hohenwald was. The duration of the gathering is up for debate, however, State Game Land is an outdoor range at which we can barbeque and shoot freely, all it costs is ammo and the ride to get there. Suggestions for other activities should be pm'd to blue seeing as Michigan is his territory. As should any questions about directions, hotels or motels for those who plan to stay for a few days.
It is also my suggestion to those of you who have already requested the time off, if you cannot make it to michigan, I propose that you hold a mini gathering with those others members nearest you... I understand that a number of us would not have been able to make it to the Tennessee gathering anyway. With money as tight as it is, long trips and transport for said trips can be difficult. The time for an Epic Gathering will come some day, I suggest it be set back a year or so to allow ALL of us who could attend, to do so with greatest financial ease possible. However, those of us who live a few minutes to hours out from eachother could still have a small gathering and take pictures. Afterward a post can be made of what activities there were and what not. Atleast then we could all still put a name with a face and meet and greet in that sense.
Those attending the Michigan gathering so far are myself, my wife, possibly a friend, Bluewolf25, his wife, a few of his friends, Nick47. If you are in the area or can attend you are more than welcome to come. I may be able to rent a van to pick up members who could meet us at a central location all that I would need is gas money from each passenger, if you would like a ride, pm me.

Funny you should be asking, I have every intention of having at least one day at my house that deals with barbecuing, beer, and bonfires, and I am open to suggestions on other activities. I was thinking that we could make our way into Nashville for some sight seeing, or other activities, I know there's tons to do there.
