From one fairly new guy to another. These kinds of posts aren't useally well recieved. I posted something like this a while ago and it got moved to fail posts. I'm just suggesting this, but maybe you should consider getting rid of this before everyone flames you.
Personally I don't answer many pols, but I have been noticing the incredible number recently that have been crappy. That said, I don't think it's a good idea at all to take away that privialge.

I like the polls. I think its a good way to see others opinions even if we dont know who voted what. Polls are meant for fun right? I dont see why we cant have a little fun while being serious at the same time. If you dont like the polls you should try to avoid them.

I propose that you go ahead and try it. Taking away things from people on this page would probably be a lot like trying to take firearms from the American public; it would be bloody and violent and your probably gonna loose.
Uh. no. keep it the way it is. I make a few good polls. This isn't a 100% serious site. We can have fun here.

you have spoken what I have thought.
I believe that the new site members and old alike should read, learn, and take to heart the words written in the site rules and review them whenever unsure about a rule. Another great site publication to read is the FAQ...IF a member reads, learns, and applies the rules ( that you, the poster, by participation in this site as a full member have agreed to follow), then there would be fewer posts like this one which will likely not see the light of day much again because it too is zombified.
