Setting: Always Young Cosmetics
Sub setting: Research and Development Lab

A young scientist is working on an anti-aging injection that is to keep a person looking 20 even though they are 60.

A large array of chemicals and bio-chemicals are sprawled out on a stainless steel lab table, where you see our scientist jabbing a hypodermic needle into a bottle labeled (T) then injects it into a rat. Shortly, the rat's vitals take a turn for the worst, its temperature hits 100 and continues to climb, then paralysis sets in, finally it dies, discouraged, the scientist just haphazardly tosses it into the trash chute, and chalks up the experiment as a loss.

Hours pass, and a member of the janitorial crew finds the rat laying beside the dumpster that is supposed to be under the trash chute. Thinking nothing of it, he picks up the rat, and was startled by a sharp pain in his hand, the rat woke, and had bitten him! Losing his temper, he bounces the rat's head off of the edge of the dumpster and tosses it out. Continuing on with his shift, he starts feeling a bit ill, feverish, and his muscles really start aching, so he decides to sit down for a while, thinking maybe it is just a bug.

Later that night:

The Janitor is at home, his condition is worsening, his temperature is on a steady incline, and he has the feeling of pins and needles throughout his body, so he decides he had better go to the emergency room and get checked out.

Hours pass:

While waiting in the emergency room for a doctor to treat him, our poor janitor, decides what better time to take a nap, feeling completely drained and tired. Shortly after drifting into his slumber, his name is called, but with no response. An orderly is sent to get his attention, and upon her arrival, she discovers he is completely unconscious. She screams for a doctor, who places him on a gurney, and whisks him into a waiting examination room. Several more doctors arrive as the first doctor and the orderly are performing CPR on the lifeless janitor. The monitors and buzzers start making a sound as a heartbeat is found, but now it is too late, the doctors all believe they saved the patient, and move in for a closer look, when the janitor decides it is lunch time, and mauls the unsuspecting doctor.

The Horror Begins......
