I Know there were quite a few mentioned throughout here but I can't remember where. so how bout ya'll give me a hand here and round a few up for me? give me all details, genre, author (duh), category (young adult and so on) length of book, and other little facts about it, I'm planning on starting to go to the library regularly and I've got $50 in gift cards to barnes and knobles I"ve yet to use, one's about a year or two old. So please, give me some suggestions, my personal library has been depleted and I have been forced to resort to the Resident Evil books for reading materials. Please and thank you.

There is a series of books, Monster Island, Monster Nation, and Monster Planet, that were fairly good. It's a different outlook on the 'zombie'. You can read them for free at www.brokentype.com . Day by Day Armageddon was fantastic. You can read that for free at www.scribd.com. Just type the name into the search there. I liked Autumn, which you can read there also. Look up Echoes, too. It's a kind of sequel to Autumn, it's from the 'zombies' perspective. The neat thing about scribd.com is you can download the ebooks to your computer for free.
