pellet rifle loaning

some coworkers of mine wanted to borrow my air rifle to eliminate some rodents and crows in their yard but they live in a kinda populated area and they might get in trouble, would the pain hit me if the neighbors got pissed?

probably if the person you loaned the pellet gun to killed or injured something. Or you knowing loaned the airgun to someone that you know has the intention to break the law (regarding discharge of guns or illegal shooting of animals)

generally the neighbors wouldn't complain as long as the dead birds/rodents don't end up on their property, and pellets don't damage any of their stuff, and the pellet gun noise doesn't scare their pets (if any).

I gave a load of advice on this idea before, but it came down to these words: Do NOT loan out your weapons, period. Smiling

Personally i would not let anyone (and my idiot friend) borrow a air rifle of mine(cuz i modify my guns) but also i have been on a "Airsoft Team" and i know what damage they my do if your just joking around or not paying mind to what your doing (you really gotta trust me on this cuz i have shot my foot, ear, hand,ETC many times because i tend to be forgetful and careless) but in your situation i dont think it would be a good idea for the guns do look realistic and in a highly populated area may cause confusion and panic, and also someone may call animal rights and stuff on you or your coworkers. Smiling Hope this has helped:)
