Smart zombies

I read a series of books, i cannot remeber the authors name but i remeber the titles, (zombie island, zombie nation, zombie world) In these books a select few who were infected and changed retained there knowledge, becuase some way or another they kept blood flow to the brain, my question to those who have more medical knowledge then me is do you believe this is possible. If so what would you do?

Well you see it probably would be possible, but all organs would have to be in pristine condition, no deep wounds or bites, no missing appendages, you get my point... Personally i do believe that there would be blood flow to the brain, because zombie's would basically be the crap-end of human sentient life, but still be human in basic ways! But as far knowing what to do, if they can remember their concious lives, but still can't walk, talk, move, hear, touch etc. as fluently and naturally as a normal human being, then i wouldn't really have much to worry about other than the fact they would be higher up on the intelligence chain than normal zombies, so they could just be that bit harder to kill, well headshot and they're dead, same as any other zombie! But i guess you never know, human intelligence is incredibly complex and incredibly powerful!! The brain could learn to adapt to the restriction of the body's movement and maybe become very effective. I'd say keeping your memories etc. could be possible under exceptional circumstances, but 1) not very plausible 2) the zombie infection would be intelligent in that it would not keep what it doesn't need i.e it would probably wipe your memories as concious beings and start afresh 3) if it did happen, they could very much be the catalyst to start the TOTAL destruction of any sentient life on the planet!! so if it could happen, we wouldn't want it to....Laughing out loud

considering the nature of zombies: The do not have flowing blood, or they would be incredibily easy to kill, and yet they are still able to move which would appear to be impossible, it would be possible for zombies to surprise us yet again with intelligence. Although i do not believe they would be much more intelligent that a 4 year old at best, i do believe that they would be able to retain basic knowledge, which would explain their ability to walk, which otherwise we had to learn, if this knowledge is retain they may also be able to communicate, remember locations were there are usually large amounts of people even if only subconciously.

Ofcourse its impossible to know what a zombie would retain if anything at all.

And i don't think medical knowledge would apply much to a zombie, when you think about how little of a threat they would be if you applied medical understanding to them.

And how can you be so sure.

Because The Muppet Show Said So.

I didnt think i would have to explain why i said that, but simply put, if a zombie did have a blood flow, the initial bite which turned a zombie would eventually lead to severe blood loss and it wouldnt have blood flow anyway, a well placed shot to the head would not be the only way to kill a zombie, making them much less of a threat because an injured zombie would eventually be unable to move, if not, it would have no blood flow as i said.

and if a zombie did not suffer from blood loss, and the blood flow was not nessesary, my reasoning in my last post would still be valid.
