i am currentli like 30ish % of the usa, im overweight and not by a little i want to loose weigth but i fint it hard any advice on how to lose 60 ish or more pounds. im on a low budget and so i have to eat what i can. ( not healthy) i need ideas

Cut your portions. Before you put something in your mouth ask yourself "Should i really be eating this crap?" If the answer is no, break off 50% of what you originally would have eaten.

My wife cut weight like crazy just doing without soft drinks and sugar in drinks (including tea). If you have the will power just for this, it is a cheap start. If you are really heavy like you suggest, just walking beats most other exercises to start. After work/school on days when the weather is nice, walk around the block/neighborhood you live in. You might be surprised. If you are just looking to get healthier and not look like a supermodel, these might be enough to get you a long way for very little.

Like someone else said, it is about portions. Control your intake, but don't starve yourself. Eat smaller meals, but don't limit it to just 3 times a day. Eat a healthy snack between breakfast and lunch, between lunch and dinner, and maybe even a small snack after wards. The trick is to not let your body think it is hungry. If you cut ALL food, your body panics and actually starts storing MORE fat.
East Healthy, eat smaller portions, and eat healthy snacks.
It wouldn't hurt to do some exercise too.
On Z-Day, the first thing I am going to do is scream like a little girl. Once that's out, I will be ready to function.
