everyone should be aquanted with how to use herbs for illnesses going out of you safty zone to a pharmacy might be to risky, heres some links to help

My mom owned an herb store until she had close down because nobody anything. So, long story short, we have all of the herbs she didn't sell in my house.

I suppose its best that Sanchez isn't around too much, he'd tear you a new one.

I actually think this is a very helpful thing to know. I think that understanding and recognizing the plants in your area is more important than knowing the medicinal properties of everything. I think that having a reference book to know what helps would be good, but the most important thing you can do is to spend some time looking around and seeing what you can recognize and just seeing the plants in the wild around you instead of reading books.

I've spent my entire life reading books, and it wasn't until I spoke with someone who knew the stuff took me out and showed me what to look for did I even begin to understand it.

All that needs to be said is this: FIRE = BAD

i hear that alot but this info i plan on using myself. in my bunker. when built it will be relitivly safe. and will have an indoor and outdoor garden. and it usful to know now.

Herbs and the likes would be good. Though yes, reading can be knowledgeable, but not quite as knowledgeable as getting hand on experience. Its also good to look for plants that are edible as well.
