I used a proxy to log on and it did this as the site for some reason has been added to the block list for this server currently im on another proxy site and wont be useing "http://www.proxylegend.com" again
there may be a way to fix this but I dont know how

Neat. It must have counted you every time you visited a site or triggered a site widget of some sort. It shouldn't ever be a problem, it just counts how many separate people seem to be signing on in a designated period.
All that needs to be said is this: FIRE = BAD
