How Panic Attacks Work

Just like the title says: How Panic Attacks Work. If you are prone to said attacks come Z-day, there is a section that explains how to "cope" with the problem. Hope this helps.

By the way, to the right of the article, there is a video in the link (if scroll down the page a bit) of how Panic disorder works.

That was quite informative.. I've known a few people that had this and it seems pretty frightening just to witness.

Winning isn't a reason to get a reward but one less poke in the eye, while losing gets you two.

Thanks, I actually suffer from regular panic attacks, though I would actually say suffer is the correct word. It started when I was like 8 or 9, so I can deal with them but I can see how this would be helpful for someone who doesn't have them often, or has never had one before. They are scary the first time, but it is possible to cope with them if you understand what's happening.

It's you, it's me, against an army of zombies...
