Disclaimer: While the person who made the video calls it a hatchet, it look more to me like a very short Ninjato. That being said, any individual who decides to make one (or more) of the aforementioned "hatchets" should take all proper safety precautions before and during the process. There are points in the video where the individual is clearly not using a safe procedure for carrying out the task of making his "tools." I beg of you to wear gloves, eye protection, and consider all other safety concerns before attempting the reproduction of anything you see in the video. In other words, proceed with caution and at your own risk.
