Fixed knife left shoulder.
Move the big pouch on your stomache to the left side of your belt.
Post your radio on the top ring of your right shoulder. It may be auqward, but you will still be able to shoot efficiently with your radio there. For your extra ammunition, double them up with duct tape for quick reload.
Also- Flip your extra ammunitions upside down to keep debre out of them and to help with your reloading speed. Think about it- When you first grab it, you want to be holding the bottom to just load into the weapon instead of fumbeling with it.
As for any extra gear you also need- First aid pouch for your belt.

forgot to add that the first aid pouch goes on the middle of your back. You can then secure a medium sized machette behind it for easy access. Trust me- it wont feel good when your sitting down or laying on it, but it is better to have it placed that way. It makes your movement easier.

Forgot one more thing- Wheres your canteen and backpack? Some of that gear can be placed on your ruff pack instead of manually carrying it.

Are those pen's in your sleeve?! Please god tell me why there are pens in your sleeve? What you never know when you'll need to give a zombie your autograph. . .I agree with the need for a fixed blade. And I wonder exactly how comfortable is it? Remember this is what you will be wearing most of the time, either get used to it or find something you can live with. I see you have enough ammo on your person to last you a while, hopefully. Whats in the pocket under your left arm?

Why not have ink pens? Never know when you have to use write down a message take an observatory note. I think the pens are great, but then again I like to carry around a small note pad so...I may just be biased to the idea. Anyway, that is some great looking kit. One question though: How long does it take you to get into all that stuff? I only ask because it looks like it would take some time to don all your equipment. I would practice with a stop watch a few times and see how quickly and accurately you can put on and take off all that stuff. (The reason I say you should do it a few times is to get a good idea of how long it takes to get ready. You can even add some realism by having someone bang on the front door or work under a time limit in which you would have to either pick and choose the most important items to put on Or get it all in in the time limit accurately.) I mean having all kit in the world doesn't mean crap if you can't get it on you to use it.

The only issue with the dawning of his equipment will be that huge FN pouch on his stomache. Thats why it needs to be moved. Its a vest. It stays that way... The camo, boots and gloves will be the timely issue. That is why black coveralls are ZHNs prefered uniform. Also- Get a helmet with nylon nets.

Curious. Could you provide a better picture of that knife you've got tucked away and a little information as to where you got that holster?

Suggestion? Um.... Push knife.

It's a Smith&Wesson krambit. I got it from this site. http://www.eknifeworks.com/webapp/eCommerce/main_front.jsp I thinks it was around $30 or so. I've also got a full size 7" Ka-Bar. Not really sold on the machette thing. Nor do I want to be told how wrong I am about it.
