Could you give a little more information about which SAS survival handbook? By information, I mean full title, publisher, and author of book and/or books. For example: I own a copy of the SAS Self-Defense Handbook: A Complete Guide to Unarmed Combat Techniques written by John "Lofty" Wiseman and published by The Lyons Press. It was an excellent read and one of the first things the book address was the need to prepare one's mind through positive thinking. ...Wait a minute! That is some of the proof I was looking for! I definitely have to cite this book! (Jumps up and down happily and almost knocks over chair)
