i found this article about tomatoes.. its handy for semi permanent bases/fortified ares to minimize on food stores and growing space.. plus it can be used for more than just tomatoes.. i was thinking smaller buckets for smaller plants or a whole bucket of potatoes..
I don't think they would. When I lived in Arizona we used to hang dry peppers up as decoration. The cows would come up and eat them like candy. I don't think a zed would be phased by them. He might gather them up and season some poor sap with them.
