How would you all like it if I created an internet radio station specificly for us?
I have been thinking about this for some time now, and have collected enough information to host a radio station for all of those zombie survivalists out there. I could either place it as a live feed, or as a digital recording for archived searches. I would need a few volunteers to broadcast with me after I set it all up, but would rather listen to what you all think first.
So- What do you all think?

im definetly fine with helping a internet radio,i use to work at a radio station as part of a local youth collective doing a show....*busts out the DJ voice* Welcome to KZOM, The Soundtrack to the apocalypse!

The co-host broadcasting is by needing to have one of us call a NY line to connect. Then poof!

I probably wouldn't be able to help but I would love the oppurtunity to listen. I lead a pretty busy schedule as it is.

We can have Survival Tips of the day, News, Music, Talk Show discussing the current topics and having call in guests, Broadcasted Short Stories, Interviews with Gun Smiths/ Local Law Enforcement/ Who ever we pull from our top hat, little "name this movie" games, etc...
We can do anything we wished to, but it's going to take some work to get it going.

As for being busy- Do you have an iPod? We can broadcast in podcasts also.

What about, instead of a radio, we set up a blog. With podcasts. That way you wouldn't need to have as much content and you'd be able to play to the medium much better. You could update the blog once a day with survival tips or perhaps have sanchez do a post about the latest gun something something ... then, once a month, or once a week, have a podcast. This way, people could download the broadcast and, should the day come when they no longer have access to the internet and they really need the survival advice, they can easily find it downloaded to their computer and onto their mp3 player.
