Well now, there's no reason for us all to be wandering around looking like bag people after the ZE (zombie event) strikes. However even though our main concern when gathering together our wardrobe is "be prepared" that doesn't mean that we can't look good.

There are a few main functions that we need too keep in mind when picking out clothing, I list them as follows in no particular order;

Bite Resistance
Weatherproof
Good Pockets
Camoflage

I attended the Zombie Initiative's panel at CONvergence and I was discussing it with a friend, and he brought up the issue of diseases that come with festering corpses, such as cholera and typhoid. What is the Initiative's plan regarding these rather imposing diseases and what steps should be taken to ensure a plague is prevented?

Not exactly zombies per se, but excellant book. Semi fact/fiction, kind of like a docu-drama and really very well done and not enough people have read it! Smiling

It charts the rise of ebola, the distinctions in the viral strain and possible outbreak scenarios. It is an absolutely engaging and utterly terrifying read, making an absolutely perfect balance between fact and fiction.

Just to take on further from the post about the kinds of zombies. I’ve done a little research into them over the years and they’re so much more interesting that people even realise and have such a rich history beyond horror films, and I thought you guys might be interested too see some of the real world history of what I’ve learned. Apologys if I'm repeating anything in the other post Smiling
